RNID Typetalk service - for people with communication difficulties
Please note that to make use of the RNID Typetalk service, please prefix any of the numbers shown above with 18001.
Once the call is answered by a member of our team, a Typetalk Operator will join the line to relay the call. You will then be able to type or speak your end of the conversation to the Typetalk Operator who will speak your part of the conversation and type back to you exactly what is being said.
