You will learn:
Candidates will learn how to effectively audit a fully integrated system.
Learning outcomes:
- Understand how to plan internal audits and how to interact with audit teams to achieve effective outcomes.
- Understand the structure of the standard and its requirements (covered in more detail in the Implementation Course).
- Understand what objective, impartial evidence is and how to collect and record it.
- Understand how to write a factual and effective audit report, and summarise daily sessions.
- Understand how to raise NC's and expectations for closure.
- Understand auditor requirements for integrated auditing.
- Understand overlaps in the standards.
- Understand effective reporting, raising of NC's and corrective and preventative actions within an integrated system.
Delivery options:
Courses can be delivered in your workplace or at an off-site venue, which ever suits you best.
Pre-requisites:
Candidates should preferable have some experience of internal auditing, but please contact course manager to discuss individual cases.
Materials and recognition:
A comprehensive set of learning materials will be supplied to support the course, which are also designed to act as a valuable data resource going forward. A certificate of recognition will be supplied to all successful candidates.
