You will learn:
This course is designed to assist candidates to implement a process based quality system in accordance with the standard.
Learning outcomes:
- Understand the additional requirements over and above ISO 9001, including rules of application and which are sector specific to automotive suppliers.
- Understand how to prepare an organisation for registration to the TS following a successful assessment.
- Understand the application of defined enhancements to the ISO 9001 QMS, including management responsibility, resource management, product realisation, measurement analysis and improvement.
Delivery options:
This particular course can also be delivered in a series of workshops, providing valuable time for implementation between the sessions, and allows time for questions, queries and answers on implementation problems. Courses can be delivered in your workplace or at an off-site venue, which ever suits you best.
Pre-requisites:
Candidates require a basic understanding of the need for automotive specific quality systems and should have familiarised themselves with the standard prior to the course. It is beneficial (certainly essential for the workshops) if candidates have practical exercises to work on in their workplace after the training to consolidate their understanding
Materials and recognition:
A comprehensive set of learning materials will be supplied to support the course, which are also designed to act as a valuable data resource going forward. A certificate of recognition will be supplied to all successful candidates.
