You will learn:
This course is designed to enable quality practitioners to perform an internal audit on a 'TS' system in accordance with the requirements of the standard.
Learning outcomes:
Understand how to plan internal audits and how to interact with audit teams to achieve effective outcomes.
Understand the structure of the standard and its requirements (covered in more detail in the Implementation Course).
Understand what objective, impartial evidence is and how to collect and record it.
Understand how to write a factual and effective audit report, and summarise daily sessions.
Understand how to raise NC's and expectations for closure.
Delivery options:
The course can be treated as a stand-alone, or combined with the one-day awareness course. Courses can be delivered in your workplace or at an off-site venue, which ever suits you best.
Pre-requisites:
Candidates generally require a working knowledge of TS 16949 or should have attended the TS 16949 implementation course.
Materials and recognition:
A comprehensive set of learning materials will be supplied to support the course, which are also designed to act as a valuable data resource going forward. A certificate of recognition will be supplied to all successful candidates.
